Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint Baseplate – Black

As the Sim Pedals Sprint brake is capable of handling up to 65kg, standard rig pedal mounting plates often show excessive flex under these loads. This base helps you create a solid platform to mount the pedals on your device.

The base plate assembly consists of many components: the pedal plate on which the pedals are mounted, the height-adjustable heel plate, and two brackets that are used to attach the base plate to the underlying frame.

Mounting hardware is provided for mounting the pedals on the baseplate, as well as hardware for attaching the baseplate to the 6mm thick baseplate.

Adjustment

Pedal plate

The pedal attachment points on the base plate are slots that allow lateral adjustment of individual pedals. The dimensions of these side slots are 29mm for the brake and 24mm for the throttle and clutch.

Each individual pedal can also be adjusted 12.5mm backwards and forwards through slots in the pedal feet themselves.

Heel plate

The heel plate on the Sim Pedals Sprint Baseplate is height-adjustable. You can set it to its default position (0 mm height) or use spacers to lift it. Two types of pads (20mm and 40mm) are provided to lift the heel.

Compatibility

This stand is only compatible with our Sim Pedals Sprint product.

The mounting holes on the brackets are compatible with the TM T3PA and T3PA Pro (235mm) pedal sets. A total of six mounting points are available on the brackets, giving you multiple options for mounting the base plate to aluminum profiles or creating your own drilling template to install the base plate on your device.

Please note that this base does not allow the pedals to be mounted on the floor without additional support or on a wheel rack where there is no solid connection between the pedals and the seat. A full-frame rig/simulator is always required.
