Simline BPv3 Ultimate is the latest, most advanced product distinguished by its versatility. It even fits some 28cm rims up to 35cm !

Design and Ergonomics:

You can also print the template provided by us for our new BPv3 Ult, but remember that you must print it at 100% scale !!!
We placed the funky switches intentionally not symmetrically so that one is easier to access and the other is more difficult, while making it easier to access the button.
The buttons we used are very high quality MEC switches with a high resistance of 6.5 Nm to prevent accidental pressing, and with large matte caps so they don’t tire your fingers.

Functionality:

BPv3 Ult has been equipped with 29 functions that can be expanded by another 6 (special PCB spaces):

– 6x ALPS/MEC buttons
– 2x funky switch (D-Pad + Encoder + Push button) we made a special circuit to prevent problems with push button
– 2x Encoder Bourns with 16 positions and push button, they have a very pleasant feeling, also felt with gloves
– 2x adjustable aluminum shifters
– Double clutch system with adjusting potentiometer based on our aluminum clutches on very precise Hall sensors

– Optional pads for connecting external buttons such as those on the Sparco P310

Materials used:

The rear casing was made from a single piece of allumin on a precision CNC machine tool, and has also been sandblasted and oxidized, making the coating highly scratch-resistant and not as easy to get dirty.
The front is real carbon fiber, the same for both Twill and Forged Carbon options
Inside is a specially designed PCB along with the original controller from Simucube, feel free to take a look inside, we’re not afraid of that!
However, keep in mind that you must have a good quality allen wrench for this, with sizes of 0.9, 1.3, 2.0 and 2.5 mm.
All knobs are aluminum, specially made for us, they are also sandblasted and oxidized.
The stickers added to the set are high-quality stickers in three versions:
– standard color
– fluorescent green
– Beige, glowing light green in the dark

Power supply:

We used a large rechargeable battery to power the steering wheel, which in our Sim-Center lasts easily for 4 weeks, after which time you just need to plug the steering wheel into a USB port and charge for 2 hours. While charging, you can still use it.

Simucube2 wireless connectivity:

In BPv3 Ult, we used the latest SC2 Wireless controller with support for analog signals and an external antenna so the connection is very stable. In the True Drive software, you can determine whether you want to use the axes separately or in a Dual Clutch system with BPP(bite point potentiometer).
