Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Ultimate+ have been designed and created with professionals in mind. A strong, durable and fully adjustable design that can withstand up to 140 kg of actual force on the brake pedal (200 kg of load cell), ensures that you can configure the pedals to your individual preferences. Hydraulic damping on each pedal, custom-made elastomers for progressive brake feel allow for unprecedented accuracy when riding. Reliable strain gauges combined with Heusinkveld SmartControl software provide an immediate and accurate response with endless possibilities for configuring the pedal output.

Trusted by world-class GT, single-seater and e-sport drivers, this high-end pedal set can be used in the most demanding conditions. Capable of simulating pedal pressures as high as those of real GT and F1 cars.
Designed in CAD and FEA, all structural components are precision CNC laser cut from stainless steel with a glass beaded sandblasted finish. The pedals are strong, stiff, compact and durable. Mathematical models have been created to calculate pedal travel and thrust, predicting with high accuracy how each pedal feels in every possible configuration.
Design tolerances have been optimized to ensure minimal backlash on each assembly. All key pivot points have plain bearings and have undergone automated endurance testing to guarantee their functionality after one million cycles.
Custom-made brake elastomers provide a realistic, progressive feel and retain their new properties even after thousands of races.
Hydraulic damping
The custom-made Sim Pedals Ultimate hydraulic shock absorbers are extremely reliable and require no periodic maintenance. Even in the unlikely event of a failure, all hydraulic shock absorbers can be easily removed while the pedal still retains its basic functionality as the pedal sensors are separated from the hydraulic circuit.
Sensors and output
Sim Pedals Ultimate+ load cell assemblies provide true linear input measurement of throttle and clutch position and braking force. Their accuracy and durability are second to none, as they do not wear out over time. Patented Heusinkveld electronics provide a full-range 12-bit output for each pedal. Custom output curves can be freely configured and stored in profiles using the Heusinkveld SmartControl software.
