AVAILABLE – The goods are available in stock. Goods with this availability status are shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
ON ORDER – Goods available on request. We replenish stock shortages within 2-14 days.
If the goods are not currently available in our warehouse, and there would be an opportunity to expedite delivery, we can ship it directly from our supplier’s warehouse. However, it may delay its delivery to you by 2-7 days.
In the case of goods requiring assembly from several products/subassemblies (e.g., computer, simulators, etc.), the lead time is extended (but no longer than 30 days) and should be agreed individually.
